Aside from googling "zombie survival guides" or outright buying the book written by Mel Brooks's son, I have no help for you Terf. Good luck though.

Thanks! What book is that, exactly? By Max somebody?

He's also coming out with something called Z-day or World War Z, i'm not 100% sure though.
Barbeque sauce tastes good on EVERYTHING, even salad.

Yes, salad.

If you are that desperate for a zombie survival guide, I'll work up one. I had originally written one in the early 80s, but alas it got lost in a move shortly after I wrote it.

I'm not in any rush to do this, so bide your time.

In the meantime, check this out: http://www.lfvw.com/zombie_book.html

Not a survival guide, but probably the coolest book on zombie movies ever published.

You might also want to check out DarkSide Magazine's site, and their back issues: http://www.ebony.co.uk/darkside/

You might find something along the lines of what you are looking for by checking out the website for the roleplaying game All Flesh Must Be Eaten, http://www.allflesh.com/flesh.html , and doing searches for those words to find fan sites.

Thanks again, guys.  Menard, you don't have to bother if you really don't want to. (I'm not THAT desperate.)
Things could be worse; you could be twins.

I haven't really thought about it in years; despite having zombie movies on my mind constantly.

Since I wrote the piece over 20 years ago and it somehow got sent into oblivion, it wouldn't be a bad idea to....uh....bring it back from the dead...so to speak.

Just one of many projects on the back burner for now; no telling when it will come to fruition.
