Some sort of a Zombie-ish movie...

My brother was flipping through cable one time and checked the info for a movie that was on whose description was something along the lines of the only way to get rid of your zombie infection is to let out a blood curdling scream, or something along the lines of that. Maybe it was a blood curdling scream infects people, or maybe it was you can tell someone is a zombie if they let out a blood curdling scream, i'm not sure, but those two themes are what made up the movie.

Sounds like it could potentially be an amusing watch.

If it was a b&w movie, it's probably THE TINGLER (1959) with Vincent Price.  No zombie-ism, though, it's just that screaming is the only thing that gets rid of the tingler.

Otherwise, it's a zombie movie that rips off the central idea of THE TINGLER.

Movie is recommended, BTW.
