I was watching an MST3K episode that I got that had Blood Waters of Dr. Z as the main movie.  And I truly truly despised the movie, but Mike and the bots did a pretty good job making fun of it.  Anyways, after that drawn-out intro, I actually caught me ear on the song that's playing in the background as Dr. Z is walking around endlessly.

I seriously thought that, with a little work, I could actually play this at a concert someday; I actually sorta liked it, but I don't know the real lyrics, the artist, or the name of the song.  Can someone help me out?

I don't know if this will help you or not, but there is an official site for Blood Waters of Dr. Z under its other name, Zaat.    You could go here and check if they have an article on the song, or you could e-mail the owner of the site and see if he has the information.

Careful on that page, however.  It has a Flash on it and the music blares a little.  Damn near caused me to jump out of my skin, and I didn't have the volume up that loud.

I love that scene... I've seen some amazing soundtrack/action dissonance in my time, but that takes the cake!
