My pick would go with Red Zone Cuba.

I've only seen "Beast of Yucca Flats", but I'd say it would be hard to surpass that one in the way of bad-moviemaking by Francis or anyone else for that matter. Do all his films obscure speakers' faces whilst stilted actors speak on the soundtrack? Do all his films feature gentle strangulations?

I haven't seen RED ZONE CUBA yet, so I have to abstain.  But I kinda like the other 2. 

Mr. Briggs, SKYDIVERS doesn't have dubbed in narration: the bad actors mumble their horrible lines of dialogue directly into their mikes.  And there's no gentle strangulation either, only a plan to put acid in people's chutes for no particular reason.

If you get the Rhino volume (I think it was 2) of MST3K, they put the original uncut, non-MST3K version of Skydivers on the flip side of the disc.
