Karma max? Or malfunction?

I just noticed that both Andrew and RC have had their karma reset to zero.  I didn't know what had happened, but I thought I would go ahead and give them both a bump . . . and I got the message that "I cannot change the Karma of this user."

Does this mean that these two are maxed out and now removed from the Karma system?  is there some glitch?  Or have they graduated to a higher plane of existence where the rules of karma no longer apply?

If there was a post somewhere that covered this I seem to have missed it.

RC asked me to disable his karma, and that was actually something I had meant to do for myself for a while.  We can give karma, but our own is disabled.

I saw that and wondered what happened, I figured it was a malfunction of max or something.

I had no idea Andrew was going to disable his. I myself was tired of it....I kept talking about not wanting the karma thing...so I put my $ where my mouth is.

Well, virtual karma to both of you anyway!!!! :twirl:

Personally, I like the system, especially the ability to explain why I give points out.  It also enhances my ability to irritate Cheeze!!! :bouncegiggle:

Okay Menard, looks like there's a way for you to come back now.  C'mon!

How much did Andrew charge you to disable your karma?

I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Jeez, Menard, what's the point of coming back to play if you're going to be a "good little boy"?  How will we know it's the REAL Menard?
