Two bad housecat movies

Two bad "horror" movies I remember, neither of which seems to have made the list. As it happens, both involve housecats gone bad. (What could be scarier than that?)

I could have sworn the first one was called "Eye of the Cat", but the description under that name at the IMDB (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064310/) doesn't match my recollection. What I remember is a movie where a cat's owner was killed, and the cat takes revenge by picking off the killers one by one in ways they believe are accidental. (For instance, causing someone to trip on the stairs, or enticing another murderer out onto a steep roof). Does anyone else remember this movie?

The other one was a made-for-cable movie called "Strays" starring Timothy Busfield (who had just come off the TV show "Thirty Something"). Suffice it to say that the idea of unsuspecting homeowners moving into a house which was already "owned" by hundreds of stray cats somehow doesn't strike me as a scary premise in the league of "The Amityville Horror", not even when Timothy Busfeld holds a fuzzy tabby up to his neck and pretends it's attacking him.

Are we allowed to nominate made-for-TV movies?

Update: Oops. Looks like "Strays" was already in the list.
