early 90s horror b movie shown on hbo or cinemax, took place at a high school, principal had a whip instead of a hand, one girl ate dead frogs out of a bag, other girl threw up in teacher's face. principal dies in fiery crash at end of movie?

The Faculty? I haven't seen that, but the frog thing sounds like Louise Fletcher in the remake of Invaders From Mars.

Kester Pelagius

Fairly certain it's not The Faculty.  That was odd but not "principal had a whip instead of a hand, one girl ate dead frogs out of a bag" odd AFAIR.

Wouldn't mind knowing what this flick is myself.  Sounds utterly bizarre.

It was so long ago when I saw the movie. it was not the faculty. the principal or dean or whatever was a lunatic kinda like a german/nazi archetype, what i remember is she was missing a hand, at the end of the movie ended up plugging what replaced her hand into the dashboard (or smashing it into the dashboard from what i recall) to start a car to run over a group of students from the school, ended up missing them and crashing into a wall subsequently bursting into flames. the girl who ate the frogs ended up freaking the other girl out in the biology class, who ran out of the room about to puke and ended up puking in a teacher's face, this somehow ended up on film and was presented in front of all the students in an assembly hall/party or something like that.

Sounds like it could be "Class of 1999" which featured a bunch of cyborg/robot teachers. It came out in '90, so it's certainly a possibility. I don't recall enough about the film to have any idea if those plot points fit it though.

Could Malcom McDowell or Stacy Keach have been in it?

CUDA

i do not believe it was that movie.

You are thinking of rock n roll high school forever staring Corey Feldman. Not really a horror movie, unless you are deeply disturbed by Feldmans striking Michael Jackson resemblance.

I agree, that totally sounds like "Rock and Roll High School, Forever".
