He's actually the police detective disgused as a vampire . . .  but still a great-looking blood sucker even if he is a fake!

If Chaney fake but terrific-looking vampire isn't acceptable, here's Robert Quarry as bona fide vampire COUT YORGA:

If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.

Yes, it's campy, but William Marshall plays his vampire straught abd does a great job!  Part of the appeal of this film is the discrepancy between the terrible material and Marchall's performance/

I thought of nominating Zandor Vorkov... but he hardly qualifies as a "great" vampire.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Zandor may not be a grat vampire...but with 80+ movie vampires to go...I'll bet he ends up here....I wonder who will nominate him?     ( Cut to RC as he puts hands in pocket and shuffles feet while whistling at the sky )

19.Dracula.... Zandor Vorkovversion from DRACULA VS FRANKENSTEIN

Even though he has a Mike Brady man perm and booga booga dime store fangs...and a cartoon laser shoots out his goofy ring...somehow he still seems to exude a weird, unearthly aura of supernatural....aaaaaahhHAHAHA ....who am I kidding??? One on the goofiest dam Draculas to (dis)grace the screen!!!!

(oh yeah...his voice echos too! ) :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle:
