For all you budding script writers out there I\\\'ve found some fantastic sites.

The first is Script Shark ( www.scriptshark.com ) they  can advise you on your script and for a small fee, analyse it for you.

The second is Shooting People ( www.shootingpeople.com ) not only can they help you with your script they also have a list of other peoples projects. They can also connect you with people trying to get their stuff off the ground. All this and it\\\'s free to sign up to.

Yeah, but will they steal your script, slap their names on it, and get it produced for <$1 M and see it go on to gross >$100 M?  Yeah, those numbers are far fetched, but you understand what I mean.

Fritz

They seem pretty legit, but like everything there could be a risk.

It's always best to copyright your stuff before you let anyone see it.

There's also a free film script writing site at http://www.FilmScriptWriting.com   It doesn't steal scripts!  It has loads of helpful information about script writing, and a forum where you can swap ideas.

Yes, salad.

Don't make fun.  Rex Careers, the screenwriter for SCARLETTE FRYE'S FASTFOOD THRILLERFEST, said that he could never have sold his script without the help of that site.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Hey "Scriptwriters", you may find this useful...

The Burgomaster

I've heard a lot of negative stories about many of those screenwriting assistance services claiming to help people out and get them "connected" with people in the film industry.  They aren't much different from the services that used to advertise in comic books claiming if you sent them a poem, they would write music for you and help you get it recorded.  Beware, I say!  Beware!
