Corn Nuts?

Seriously, I think the originals aren't bad, although some of the artificial flavors can be a bit gross.

I used to eat Corn Nuts all the time until The Puking Incident.

Years ago, I ate an entire bag of ranch flavored Corn Nuts (not a small bag, one of the big ones) and then proceeded to do shots of Jim Beam with my friends.  After at least 8-9 shots I went outside, hung my head over the chain link fence and violently puked into the neighbor's yard.  

Needless to say, I haven't eaten Corn Nuts since.
It has been almost ten years since that happened.  Maybe it's safe to try them again.

I love me some Corn Nuts but take it from me - avoid these jaw breakers if you have a dodgy filling or cap. I broke a molar on one of these babies a few Christmases ago and spent the holiday with a cheek like a chipmunk.

I'm with the "Those things are nasty" crowd. I got a bag, figuring it would be a good snack to tide me over 'til dinner. Threw a couple in my mouth, and nearly threw up. It was like eating burned dirt clods. I gave them another try, and they just got worse. Corn Nuts are not for me.

I had a similar experience with Oreo grasshopper cookies and a bottle of Cuervo, haven't eaten anything mint flavored since then, and that was in 1990. ..
