My brother gave me this as a birthday present and it is a very funny and at the same time, very emotional book, especially when it deals with the death of his wife Nerine and the implication by the police that if there was any hint of foul play in her death, he was the primary suspect.

What I didn't know and was very surprised to read is that Leonard Nimoy fought alcoholism for many years and has been clean and sober since 1989 ~ I have always had immense respect for Mr Nimoy and now I have a lot more.

The book is very funny indeed ~ he comes clean about his supposed "Get a life!" "rant" at Trekkies on Saturday Night Live (It was a joke, btw) as well as all the other episodes in his life, including an amusing one when someone tried to photograph him kaalgat [naked] on the set of The Devil's Rain.
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

I read that. Pretty good book. I'll never think of Koko the Gorilla the same way again!
What does not kill me makes me stranger.

This book is on my Christmas list for this year. Shatner rules!
