A 90`s film with something about 40 or sth deaths

I don`t remember, but I think there was a car accident in the beginning and a man that survived got the ability to see the dead or something like that. And he started seeing numbers on people`s foreheads, who would die after that. It turned out to be a coupe of ghosts, who were killing those people. I would really like to know the title of this movie if any one knows.

I'd say it is definitely The Frighteners. Circus Circus is spot on. I just watched it recently and posted an entry about it in the Good Movies section.
