Trying to find the movie in which a young boy and girl tie their Nanny/Grandmother/babysitter to a bed, pour gasoline on her and light her on fire.

Any ideas?

hhmmm.. are you sure it's not a social worker,somebody that wants to take the kids away?
i thought i remembered a scene like that in kiss daddy goodbye.. i'll have to find it and watch to check.
