Catcicles? Yeeps...this sounds like it sould...hey, wasen't this a regular on Monstervision? If a flick had Joe Bobs name written on it it was this furball.

I spied this last summer in the cheap dvd bin at Walgreens for 2.99. Too many wtf hilarious moments to count. Alice Krige was perfect to play the weird ass incest sleepwalker mom. Has she ever had a normal non-evil role in anything?

I sneaked into the theater in 1992 with my 15 year old brother to watch this movie.  I was ten years old at the time and the movie frightened me beyond belief.  I remember being curled up on the theater chair biting - yes, biting - the clothing of my brother to help dissipate the fear this movie invoked.  The cemetery scene, where the girl of my dreams was helpless to the mutant cat-man, is what I recall as the most frightening.  I remember that she was alone and helpless to his powers.  Fortunately the officer arrived, but he quickly had a pencil rammed into his ear before he was shot dead.  Thank goodness for Clovis!  The other scenes scare me as well.  The regressed feelings of fear induced by this movie are now on my frontal lobe.  I do find typing this statement therapeutic, however.  I will Netflix this film to verify that my fears are unwarranted.

The saving grace to me is that we sneaked into the movie 'The Cutting Edge' immediately after this viewing.  It subdued my immediate fears from 'Sleepwalkers,' which is why I remember TCE as a good movie.  I know that TCE is bad - really, really bad - and could definitely be reviewed on this website.  however, my emotional bond to TCE will always transcend its lunacy.

I thought it was alright...
Don't hate me for it.

Stephen King is a bit overrated
Why do people hardly ever do Clive Barker books...Look how good Candyman and Hellraiser were.

If God exists, why did he make me an atheist? Thats His first mistake.
