Room For Squares by John Mayer.  Good album.

"The path to Heaven runs through miles of clouded Hell."

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.
It's where my demons hide, it's where my demons hide.

James McMurtry & The Heartless Bastards - Live In Aught Three

amazing album... and I normally hate live albums

"On a mountain of skulls in a castle of pain, I sat on a throne of blood. What was will be, what is will be no more. Now is the season of evil." - Vigo (former Carpathian warlord and one-time Slayer lyric-writer)

If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Undeniable by Alvin and The Chipmunks.     I know, but hey.

Various - From Dusk Till Dawn O.S.T.

Definitely one of the coolest compilation-style soundtrack albums I've ever heard. "Dark Night" by The Blasters. Two tracks from Tito & Tarantula ("Angry Cockroaches" and "After Dark"). And an original Z.Z. Top song written just for this movie, "She's Just Killin' Me", which has to be one of their best songs ever, easily rivaling their long-time classics.

I tried playing 2 versions of Schubert's 8th Symphony ('Unfinished') simultaneously in two different media players.  One ran 28:53 and the other ran 26:12, so I tried starting the shorter one 1:20 into the playing of the second one, so they would sync up somewhere in the middle.

Results were about what you might guess: mostly annoying.  There were some interesting synchronicities that worked occasionally, but they weren't worth the headaches caused by the mind trying to sort out two slightly out of sync melodies/harmonies.

Cleansed my ears with Brahms' Symphony No. 2.

I've been listening to only symphonies for the past week. That's soon to change.

Right now its still EARLY Madness (aka GOOD Madness) plus a little bit of Charles Manson.

Jape

The Bronx- The Bronx (I) & (II), best modern punk band going without dipping into saccharine pop-punk or going to deep into hardcore (or as I like to think of it Metal's younger angrier brother)

Also simply because I finally got round to ordering Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde (1931), I stumbled across the Musical with Anthony Warlow doing the proto-album of songs, someone put footage of the film together with the music and its brilliant: I've been listening to "Alive" and "Confrontation" continuously all afternoon.
