RC, my thoughts and prayers are with you and Tara Sue through this very tough & trying time.

It's unimaginable to me how it must feel, which is the big reason I hadn't had the nerve to comment about it before. I only know that you seem to be taking it better than I'd be able to, I imagine I'd find it hard to communicate at all. Needless to say, everyone of us is glad to hear from you again.

Since I haven't said it before, I'm truly sorry all this is happening to you... Though it is relieving that you're able to keep on your feet, and that you're able through all this to remain the same fun, friendly guy you've always been. Wherever life takes you I hope you'll stay that way. My hopes are that your luck will greatly change for the better sometime soon. Never stop believing, RC.

It has not been easy for me to talk about anything at all either....I can't put into words (plus I'm a lousy wordsmith)what I feel...so I just kinda shut down my brain and type whatever comes out of my head into my fingers and hit "POST" without even rereading it (I do that alot anyway....otherwise I get tounge tied....and maybe a lot of why some of my  posts sound like so much jibberish!)Menard- I'm so glad you came back around....the board was missing something...it's dangerous edge-when you were gone.

As for smiling on board...it's easy to smile here.

I know I don't know you very well, but I was so sad to hear about your situation.  God bless you too and I hope for the best for you and your family.

I feel bad that I didn't contribute to your package of love and joy, but if you need a cat or something I have some extras laying around.

First you make me  :teddyr: :bouncegiggle:

QuoteI have been trying to think of something to say since you first started this thread, Ronnie, and yet, words escape me.
You and Tara Sue have been on my mind today. It's been quite an emotional day. Much more so for you and Tara Sue. It is amazing how people can reach across span of miles, the valleys, highways, cities, oceans, and billions of people, and affect one another so intrinsically. You have done that with us. Across this planet, among the different states and countries, you are in the thoughts of many; and many tears are genuinely being shed. That is the marque of someone very worthwhile, and don't you ever doubt that or forget that; we won't let you forget.
We all love you buddy. You give Tara Sue a kiss from all of us, and hold onto her; across the miles, we'll all be holding you.

.....and then you make me cry.  :bluesad:
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

I've been debating whether to post something here, since I, like some others, was unable to contribute to the care package (lost my main source of income a few weeks ago, but I've got some other things lined up, so no tragedy). I am glad to see you back here, RC. I have thought about you and your situation a lot recently, prayed for you, and just generally wished that I could do something to help you through all that you are going through. I know words can't really ease your pain, but I'll add mine to what others have said: The board lost something special during the time you were gone. I enjoy your presence here, and I hope you'll be able to stick around for a long, long time. God bless.

Good to see you back RC, I've been out of the country a couple of time over the last month or so and I had limited access to the site. I was unable to send anything do to travel. However, I'm back home now and if there is anything you need I can provide please feel free to contact me.

I know life can be tough at times and I can't image how you must feel facing some of the challenges you have at this time, and especially this time of the year, a time of celebration when there seems to be so little to celebrate. And while I'm not a overly religious man I know God will look out for you and I to pray for you, Tara Sue and your family. I am a believer that everything happens for a reason, we may not understand or readily except those reasons but there is a greater force at work that hopefully one day we'll better understand.

Best wishes RC and I truly do hope that everything works out for you. No, I don't hope, I know it will.
