It's over a month old, but I figured someone would step up eventually.  As to the veracity of the article, I cannot say, but I would hope Fangoria would be a little smarter than to post nonsense.

They could have at least changed the name from Alien to something else.  Xenomorph, Extraterrestial Monster, something.  That just seems to close to actually stealing the character.  Even though I know it supposed to be a rip-off.  But still, if I made a super hero movie and called my lead character "Superman"  but just changed his look a little-maybe gave him a gotee-I'd still have DC breathing down my neck with a lawsuit.

I still would watch this movie if it ever came on TV or I could get the DVD cheap.
