Hey All,

Can anyone Help?

I saw this movie on TV late at night, only about 10 minutes before i passed out.

I remember this crazy Dance Scene, where I think the Mum was dressed up in this hot vampire out fit, doing a dance scene for her son and his new girlfriend. The girlfriend was horrified and the son was acting natural, he must have been use to his mother's antics. im not sure if she was a vampire, but she was dressed like one..

There was a large guy in the background playing the record dressed in clown sort of suit. The Mother was doing amazing dance and at one point jumps up on the piano. very sexy, very cool & very 80s or perhaps late 70s.

anyway, dying to see it again,

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

Stefan

I thought Hollis might be joking, but there really is a movie called ROCKULA (1990): http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100506/.  Stars Tony Basil ("Oh, Mickey, you're so fine!") and Bo Diddley, among others.  I don't know if this is the movie stefan's looking for, but it sounds like a hoot!
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Oh it is, and so much more. I am 100% certain that this is the movie you seek.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's avaliable on DVD, although I did find one website offering burnt copies of this and other movies that had fallen into the void. The only reason I have it is becasue I caught it one night at two in the morning after a band competition. I always have my VHS ready for recording.

And so it is, right up to the chubby guy and Toni leaping up on the piano:

I think we can put this one in the solved section, eh?
