I like Phoebe Cates! This is one whack flick though. But ya gotta admit, that angel was HOT!! :)

I think this was one of a thankfully short-lived series of "Splash" ripoffs the best known of which has to be Mannequin.

The hot angel was Emmanuelle Beart, one of the most beautiful actresses around.  She was in Manon of the Spring and Mission Impossible.  She doesn't make enough movies.
