What is the name of this movie?

All I remember ( I was only 3 or 4 at the time, so the movie must have been made in the late 70s) is this woman is running from someone or something, and she approaches a trailer. She runs up the few steps leading to the front door of the trailer, and an old woman opens the door. The old woman has pure white eyes and she says something to the woman, and the woman screams and runs off. That' s all I can remember. I'm dying to know anything about this movie. Can anyone help me out?

Me again. The lady may have had red eyes. I'm thinking, after doing some research, that the movie may be entilted Thirst. It was made in 79. Anyone seen this movie?

I saw it years ago, in fact not too long ago I myself had details about a movie that turned out to be this film. I don't remember the scene you refer to but it's been awhile, the only part I could remember was the woman abducted and some kind of people farm where the vampires feed on them like cattle.
