The Death Penalty has a new poster child . . . and hell a new chamber of torment.

What an evil, sick bastard!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :hatred:

no death penalty in belgium

I know someone from bosnia and he said (not sure if this is true) that when someone has murdered someone and they are released from prison the family waits for them outside the prison

Bosnia/Herzegovina and Belgium are two VERY different countries.

It is more likely that the Belgian guy is deemed insane, and then put in an institution for the rest of his life, drugged out of his mind.

You know the movie will get a good part of the blame sadly.  What a twisted piece of sh*t this person is and I don't think "person" is even fitting to describe them.

The movie isn't to blame... but people will try and blame it.  The simple truth is some people are just sick, and will emulate whatever sick acts they can find.

I agree. If it's not movies then It'll be computer games or music.

No one ever wants to blame the individual.

The even does a combination of sadden me, sicken me, and terrify me.  I work at a hospital, and if this guy can get into a daycare and do this, what's to stop someone from doing it where I work?  We even have a mental health clinic there, though I don't know if we'd admit anyone that bad.

I feel terribly for the family.  I know what it's like to be in the company of people who have lost children, or even people who have children that are sick and/or in pain, and it's very depressing.

When my mom worked in a hospital I found out just how non-existent security was. There were all sorts of people wandering the halls. I learned that nobody would ever stop me or question me no matter what floor or wing I went to (OK, I never tried entering the Operating Room), so long as I looked like I knew where I was headed. Her lab had a lot of trouble with thefts of drugs till they learned to lock the good stuff up.
