if anyones curious, i was searching for images from a harryhausen film (actually a couple) and remember someone mentioning the release of "the tortois and the hare". Here's a few images:

It's a 1953 short that was never completed until recently--and the pics on the FortuneCity page are original production stills. It's not a theatrical release, but a short that will appear in animation festivals.
