Dhalsim.   That would be a good fight for Dhalsim -- the slide to deal with projectile attacks, long kicks and punches to stay away from the Goro grab, and then teleportation to get away from anything else.

Dhalsim versus Scorpion.

Scorpion.  Dhalsim may have longer arms and legs, but Scorpion has the spear and the fire kick thing.

Ken.  Goro is bigger and stronger, but Ken is quicker and has more martial arts experience.
