These are the films that I have been wanting to see for some time, but just haven't had the chance to view them.

Memento
Mullholland Drive
Quills
Jason Goes to Hell
Jason Lives
Phantasm II, III
Jeeper Creepers

Susan

I saw memento, appreciated the unique plot and filming style but I guess it wasn't something I went crazy for like many. Mullholland drive I haven't seen but is coming on cable..tonite i think! :)  Quills was very interesting, you gotta love Geoffrey Rush. The ending is..well..um..

Haven't seen the rest, I gave up on jason I think after the ..part 5 I think? I can't remember. Musta been after the corey haim one. Do think i saw phantasm II tho but i haven't seen those in quite some time. Jeepers Creepers? The very idea they had the nerve to use this title and not use that song is bothersome! ;-)

If you watch Mulholland Drive on cable, be sure it's on one of those channels that repeats everything ad nauseum-- normally that's a bad thing, but you WILL need to see the movie more than once.

Ummmmm...Susan, Jeepers Creepers played the song of the same title about 2 or 3 times. Hell, the old lady that somehow knows what's going on says that whenever you hear that song, the creature is near...

Anyways, I'd highly suggest hunting all of the Phantasm movies with a passion.

And as the world began crumbling down
Nobody around seemed to care

That was part 4, The Final Chapter.

Corey Feldman, actually.
Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill.

Susan

always got the names of those two mixed up, they probably shoudln't have done so many movies together

Well, I saw and LOVED and OWN Memento. It is indeed unique and dark and well acted. However, you NEED TO WATCH IT STRAIGHT through or else you will hate it. The movie starts at the end and goes to the beginning so, if you miss a second its over. I would love to see Mulholland drive and have yet to even see a Jason movie. Are they even any good?

Mulholland Drive is definitely one bizarre movie!  However, if you'd like a little more insight as to what you're supposed to be thinking as you watch it, then paste this link into your browser.  http://www.suntimes.com/ebert/ebert_reviews/2001/10/101205.html

Hated MULHOLLAND DR....and I used to be a Lynch fan so it's not like I can't appreciate him.  I just feel like the movie is a big snow job.

MEMENTO was great.

In general, none of the Jason films are good after the fifth one, and the fifth one is only good because of Debbisue Voorhees.

Don't doubt to watch either "Memento" or "Mullholland DR." whenever the chance comes. And if you can record them, do it, you'll like to watch them more than once.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.
