Ever Complained About a Bad Product or Service?

My local Wal-Mart is scared to tick me off. My wife works for them and for some reason they are convinced that if they tick me off, I will come down and kill all of them. How they got that impresion is beyond me. I have never threaten or harmed anyone who works for that store. Yet the management is convinced that I will if ticked off. Also convinced that if they were to try to ask me not to come to the store that I will just come to their homes to get them. I'm not sure what my wife has told them but hey, if it gets the store treat me like a VIP, not going to complain.
