Horror/Sci-Fi movie help

Ok the quote from this movie that I remember was "I guess I really am a buttface." I can't remember the name of the movie but after that quote it showed a guy with a face literally on his butt. LOL.

I've seen this movie too but for the life of me I cant remember where:
For some reason I'm guessing the following: Basket case 2,3, Creepshow 3,
Labirynth, Freaked. Also Weird Science rings a bell.
