More web traffic resulted in deaths?

Hiya,

Just after remembering the title of a film, I think it came out last year but unable to find the title of it anywhere!

The storyline was about some website the police were trying to shut down where by the more people visited the said website the faster someone else died? Cant really remember much more than that!

It's not FEAR DOT COM, is it? I never saw anything but the cover of this one in the video store. But the cover was enough to make it clear it was an obvious ripoff of THE RING, down to the look of the face on the poster.
