DEATH FROM BEYOND (2006)

This is another crappy amateur movie included in Mill Creek's TOMB OF TERRORS 50 movie pack.

A female archaeologist (who looks like she's about 19 years old) dresses up in Egyptian clothes (that look like they were purchased at the neighborhood costume shop) and hangs herself.  Three years later, she shows up to slaughter a bunch of people making a porno film in the house where she hanged herself.

Just about every killing ends with the victim spitting out fake blood.

Eventually, one of the actresses puts on an amulet and she and the resurrected archaeologist fly into outer space.  They land in a grassy field and have a sword fight.

I give this move four thumbs down

I dunno . . . it sounds like it has possibilities!

From the plot description, it sounds really good    Unfortunately I've seen enough of those amateur productions to know just how awful they can be.

This is the kind of film I like to watch with a finger on the fast forward button, that way I can see all the interesting /funny parts but not have the pain of watching the whole thing if it's really awful.

Most of these Brain Damage films (or their ilk) make me want to either sleep or hurt people.

I do recommend "Goth" if you find it. It's still bad, but there is enough kinkiness in it to make it tolerable.

This is the kind of film I like to watch with a finger on the fast forward button, that way I can see all the interesting /funny parts but not have the pain of watching the whole thing if it's really awful.

If you fast forward through this one, you'll get to the end quickly.  It's less than an hour long (thankfully).

What a coincidence. I just bought the Everlasting Evils 6 Movies Set today and Death From Beyond is included.
I was expecting badness but not total suckness

Okay, I sat down to watch this last night as I was preparing for bed.  Conked out before it got too far, but I have to say that the archaeologist chick was rather tasty looking, in a soft, large-breasted, cuddly, make-fart-noises-on-her-belly kind of way.
