Former DC Mayor Marion Barry has been arrested again.

For those who don't know who he is or remember, Marion Barry was the mayor of Washington DC back int the 90's who was busted for smoking crack.

I spent many years in the Maryland burbs of DC and I was completely addicted to DC local politics. I miss Marion Barry, he was such a character.

He successfully ran for City Council after his 1st arrest.

Actually the article says that he successfully ran for MAYOR after his 1st arrest! I'd forgotten that.
