I might be the only one in my entire hometown who actually liked this movie...

I was holding off on going to see G.I. JOE...now I think I might have to.

Heh, I didn't really grow up with the cartoon, and yet, my main interest here is the Baroness.

That seems to be just about everyone's main interest with this movie.

From what I've been hearing from people going into this movie, as far as their interests are concerned, the filmmakers could've (perhaps should've) made a movie that was nothing but Snake Eyes spinning a sword for 45 minutes and Baroness pointing at her cleavage for 45 minutes and still made a killing at the box office.

Actually, they probably would've done better.

Also, in response to an off-hand comment in your G.I. JOE review...I'd give my left nut to have all my old Monster in my Pocket and Trash Bag Bunch figures back.

Oh, man. I freakin' loved the Trash Bag bunch. I still have mine... somewhere. I actually just recently started going through all my old toys from childhood, I got boxes n' boxes o' crap piled up in the garage, but so far no Trash Bag Bunch. I used to get those when I was a little kid and I had a whole buttload of 'em, but after growing up I could not, for the life of me, remember what they were called. So I spent three days going around to all my friends asking if they remembered "these little toys that came in little bags that dissolved when you put 'em in water" and got no response before I wised up and looked online and rediscovered 'em all over again in abooooooout five seconds.

God bless the internet.

I think I only had a handful of Trash Bag bunch, all villains...I just remember that I had the one I really wanted, the plant monster with the vertical mouth.

I had probably 200+ Monsters in my Pocket though.
