Bad monkeys are my favorite.
This has got to be the creepiest Santa ever, or a very close second. Why do most early film Santas have a leering greasy laugh rather than a hearty "HO HO HO!"?
And you'd-a thought freakin' SANTA CLAUS would know Chimpanzees are NOT monkeys.

I have that on one of the several low-rent Xmas dvds I've picked up in bargain bins... almost all the Santas are creepy with some sort of cheezee larf that ain't no "ho ho ho...!!!"  There are worst examples, I must hunt for them on youtube.
