80's-90's underground fighting movie

The main character participates in a underground fighting tournament. One of the fighter is a tall thin monkey-like man, who run around on the stage during the fight. Another fighter is a very strong Japanese sumo wrestler, not so fat but very tall and strong. The main character had a hard time to fight with sumo wrestler, but manage to defeat wrestler by punching his balls.

I saw this movie in 90's when I was teenager.

Anyone has some leads?
