Actually, perfect ending to this: After he eats the head and becomes "immortal" we see flashbacks from all the previous Rambo films, finally ending with the deleted "suicide" scene from First Blood. XP

I actually can't believe this, I severely doubt this is the actual movie. I think it's just a reuse by the film makers to keep the real plot under raps.The plot with taking out drug lords sounds more believable.
