Pets: Do You Have Any?

I currently have 5 pets, one dog and 4 cats.  I have had 4 other dogs and a parrot in the past.  So, what about you?  Do have any pets?

Meet "The Scrounger"

Ladies and Gentlemen...Tiggy.  He lives outside mostly and hangs out on our deck.  He was originally an indoor cat but his spraying got him banished to mostly an outside existence.  He's a good boy though.  I think he's about 7 or 8. 

I also have a 35 gallon fish tank.  Currently only two fish in it that seem to be the only survivors for the past 3 years.  I'm a bit disgusted  with the fish thing but I'm glad they're ok.

Other than a spider who's made his home at the bottom corner of my steps, no, I don't have any pets.
Its web is in a good spot and it catches all the insects trying to make their way inside from the cold.  It probably has between 5-10 dead bugs in its web including one of those Chinese beetles that look like orange ladybugs.
It started out as this tiny little thing and now it's about the size of a nickel.  Not sure what kind it is but it's jet black and somewhat hairy.

It scared the crap out of me the other day.  I walk in carrying about 6 bags of groceries and when I shut the door behind me, there it is right next to the doorknob my hand was on.
AHHH!!
It's a fast little bugger, too.

I won't kill it so long as it remains down by the stairs and doesn't come up into my apartment.  The second I see it crawling across my coffee table, it's dead.
