Hmm.. I'm on Myspace.  It was a long time before I even got that, and know everyone seems to be flooding on over to Facebook.

I dunno, bit burnt out on "social networking" sites.  I remember when I first discovered the internet (well, actually it was AOL), I couldn't STOP chatting online, it was awesome meeting all these new people from exotic locations and finding out I was an easy person to get along with after all, but then I got burnt out on it, especially after several regular friends up and disappeared, and other friends I've known in real life wouldn't bother to write me back after the first message. 

Guess I yearn for more "face to face" contact...

Although if there was a badmovies.org chat room, I'd certainly drop by that one!

I don't like Twitter because I have no phone.   I did set up an account a few months back though.   That and I'm under no illusion that people generally don't care what I'm up to.  It is good for following porn stars though I've learned.

Social networking has gained a stigma, which may or may not be completely warranted.

I'm pretty much on all of them, but it is mostly a toy for me and my friends. It's not my primary social outlet, but I do get to talk to a lot of people I would not otherwise. I don't see the complaint. If you converse with a lot of the people on this board, Facebook and other outlets are just an extension of that.

For instance, I met Ash on this board, and if I didn't know him I probably wouldn't have ventured into a multiplayer session of Gears of War. He's way better than I am at those games, but it's nice to have a friend to help you through, even if it is somebody I have never met in real life. Especially when you're a noob fumbling through games.

I hold a lot of people on this board in high esteem. I may not have ever met them in real life, but they're good people.

They also love stupid movies. What's to complain about?
