Need help identifying a movie I rented years back??? Anthology film.

Years back I rented a horror movie that was an anthology film.  It is set in Europe b/c I remember the characters having accents.  I believe they were British.  Anyway there was at least 2 men and/or more sitting on a couch and when they started a story the camera would show the tv and the story would be shown on the tv.  I remember one story with a woman with dark hair and I believe wearing glasses lived in a big house and it had something to do with a little boy.  A ghost or something.  The woman ended up going insane.  The end pretty much ending up with a story about the guys in the apartment telling these stories.
