Hero-man and Sidekick-boy

Sup,
I haven't been here in a while, I was once under the name Sloth, but I like this one much more. I really don't have much to say, but if I remember right, there are alot of Kevin Smith Fans here. And even though it's not a K.S. flick has anyone seen Empire Records? I loved it, but what did anyone else enjoy it?

And does anyone else have the soundtrack? I like the the Sugarhigh song better in the movie.

Anyway WHO IS LOOKING FORWARD TO JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK!?

Stupid Jacob

I am very, very, looking forward to JASBSB. It's going wicked. I'm also intrested in seeing View Askew's other two flicks: Vulgar and A Better Place.

Empire Records was fun, one of those movies you watch when you don't feel like thinking much, but want to sing along to the TV off-key.  And I was very dissapointed by the soundtrack, they seemed to put all of the least memorable songs from the movie on it, not the fun ones that evoked memories of specific scenes, such as "Money".  And Sugarhigh is one of the only songs I've ever heard whose censored version is better than  the original.

I know what u mean! There are 4 songs I remember in the movie

Gin Bloosoms
The Aper Hangers (song sang when they're cleaning/opening the store)
Meices (song played when Lucas is chasing the shoplifter)
and of course Sugarhigh which like u said, The censored version is better. They changed the whole theme of the song on the soundtrack.

I'm gonna make an Empire Records 2 soundtrack in the near future with songs like
Hey Joe
Money
Video Killed the Radio Star
If You Want Blood (You Got It)
Romeo and Juliet
Saddam-a-go-go
Plowed

if u want the whole list I'll email u the list of all the song in the movie that aren't on the soundtrack

Ah, Lucas and the shoplifter
"Attention Empire Records customers!  If you look to your left, you will see a shoplifter, being chased by our very own Lucas.  He will be caught, cooked in boiling oil, and served to our next 50 customers!  Just another tasty treat from your friends at Empire Records!"
Do they have any Gwar on the new one?  "You play a mean guitar, Mark. Too bad you must DIE!"
I've got  to stop watching that movie. . .
