stuff you use not for it's original purpose

I have been using the old 9 volt plug in thing from my old sega master system from the 80's for my casio keyboard (which, though bought a few years ago is also "from the 80's" genetically)

I also have this tape of some hotshot guitar guy that I use only to tune my guitar to. 


anyone have any things like this going on?

Yup . . . we've done that too . . . but not for several years.

I buy bits of jewelry from Ebay that comes in these little sparkly pouches, I then take the ribbons off and tie them in my hair.

I save plastic containers from cool whip and such to use as storage containers.
