Help finding DVD's

Where can I go to find children's DVD's that are out of print / hard to find or new releases?

If you want to buy them, I'd check places like dvd.com, or for out of print stuff, eBay is great, or any other net auction site you prefer.
If you just want to rent them, try Netflix or another internet rental company.  Sometimes your local video rental place can order movies specially for you, too.  I wouldn't count on Blockbuster, but if you have a smaller chain like Premiere near you, it wouldn't hurt to ask them.
