Mr. DS

I don't think it was Alabama or Mashall Tucker.  These guys kind of sound borderline country but more like a light rock band.

Man.. I wish I could help.. I know what it feels like to be stuck on a song that I don't know the artist/title of.  Whatever you're thinking of there's a good chance I have it, especially if it's a one-hit wonder type of song.
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

Psycho Circus

Mr. DS

Well after much trials and tribulation I figured it out...

I couldn't for the life of me think of Dan Fogleberg's name but my boss shouted it out today.  Thanks for the effort guys though!

Dan Fogelberg's voice makes you think of Ronnie Milsap??  :bouncegiggle:

Like I said, I just kind of hummed along with it while the volume was on low.   :tongueout:

Well, he is pretty sappy. :teddyr:

Wow, I have an extremely vague memory of that song on hearing it, but I doubt I've heard it since it was new, and I'm not entirely sure the sense of familiarity isn't due to it sounding like other Dan Fogelberg songs. I have to say he is one light rock artist of the 70s I have not encountered since then.

Hmm.. I've heard this tune on a number of other commercials; it's an instrumental.  I actually have a video of the piece playing.  This is a commercial for "ReaLemon".

Anyone know what it's called?
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

Ok, this should be an easy one.

It's that song where the chorus is "My heaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaart will always fall in love, with you."  (Something like that.)

The video is black and white of two people rolling around on the beach, making out.
Kneel before Dr. Hell, the ruler of this world!

Is it "Wicked Game" by Chris Issak?

That would be the one!  Thanks.  It came on the radio at work and I couldn't remember who did it.  Was driving me nuts.

I've been trying to find this for years; no luck on Google.

"Little Jimmy Jones was a funky little cat
He played drums in a three-piece band
They had a swingin' little group, a travelin' troup
And they went all over the land

They traveled from Denver to Montreal
They played the tunes that the people wanna hear
They had a funky little bus, just room for us
And two or three cases of beer"

I'm pretty sure the song is called "Litle Jimmy Jones; I'm trying to find the rest of the song, and who did it.
If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.
