over 2 years of guessing,need your help

let my mind rest please!!!!!!   tried looking them up,tried researching and searching and asking for the titles but no luck for these two movies!

notes:i remember the main villians was a female alien and a male alien

middle of movie "guy is raping a girl while the b/f or husband watches then they beat him and cut his "thingy off"
torch a flag  rebel or american can't remember
but the last part i saw was him and her riding in a car dressed in black leather

notes:i was 8 when i saw this movie,never saw it or heard from it again it scarred my brain i've always wondered what was that
what was it about
did he get revenge or wat
