Those are from the first movie, "The Karate Kid" (1984).

The Karate Kid Part III had a pretty weak storyline didn't it? They come back from Okinawa after Daniel gets done whipping Chozen then after 20 minutes in they decide to open up Bonsai shop, that's what I call action packed. As bad as the storyline is, it's still rather good film to the franchise, even though I'll pick Parts I & II over III anyday.
