One of these days I've gotta check out Boston for the weird video stores (I live about 90 minutes away). With any luck, I'll be going to college there next year, so I'll probably check it out then. Last time I was in New York, I found a great video place called Kim's Video Underground. Tons of stuff that I don't think has ever been officially released on video, and a lot of imports-- literally the kind of place I dream about! I picked up Skidoo and Frank Zappa's Uncle Meat; someday I gotta go back.
