He's a dog and he was frightened! What do they expect him to do, type up a strongly worded letter expressing his displeasure? Of course he's going to snap or bite. It's not like he's roaming the neighborhood attacking everyone he sees. Sheesh, what a group of utter morons. People like that only reaffirm my preference for dogs over most people.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

So the vet tech cant file a complaint so the city does? That doesn't make any sense.  :question:  Hm, I wonder if there is more to this story.. A personal grudge of some sort?
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far~ ruminations
