Looking for some zombie/allien movie

Who's got some sugestions this could be:

It begins with zombie's in bright daylight that later on (as i can rember) turned out to be aliens. And there was a house that will lift off at the end of the movie, like a spaceshuttle!
It's all very bad quality on productions and effects. And i think it must be a bit of a famous movie....

So i hope someone here knows what i'm talking about..! :)
