Georgia Bars magizine from Crime Scene Photos

This is sick.  Why the hell would they even want those photos?  I'm glad Georgia barred that magizine from them and I now fully support The Meredith Emerson Memorial Privacy Act.

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

There is no legitimate reason for anyone from hustler magazine to want these photos. Ok, they are doing a story, why exactly do they need pictures of this poor girls body? This isnt about free speech, this is about someone trying to profit off the gruesome death of a woman.

I doubt the founding fathers had this in mind when the spoke of free speech.
