Max Magician and the Legend of the Rings

So, anyone ever even heard of this movie? I was in a store the other day and I spotted a DVD I at first thought was Lord of the Rings. When I looked closer, I saw that it was actually Legend of the Rings, with "Max Magician and the" in small type above it. The cover shows a group of hobbit & elf types crouching in a forest and looking out from the cover. The whole thing looks like they were hoping that parents would mistake it for Lord of the RIngs and buy it for their kids.

IMDB doesn't even have an entry for it.
