I think I saw architects of fear but i get them confused. 

I saw the Tumbleweeds one the other day. it's not the best episode but it is one of the weirdest and is worth seeing.

I saw demon w/ glas hand the other night.  Obviously it's on a different sort of level than the other episodes.  much more lofty in it's ambitions, nothing that could really be said to be pulled from a comic book, not to denigrate the other episodes.  or maybe it's jsut weirder.  at any rate, it felt relatively contemporary

A tidbit about Demon with the glass hand.  If you watch the credits for the original Terminator you will notice a nod to Harlan Ellison.  He sued Orion Pictures for plagiarizing Demon with the Glass Hand and another episode of Outer Limits he wrote titled Soldier.

I just came in to post this. Ellison deserves more than a nod for Terminator, that's for sure.

ARCUTECTS OF FEAR we called the creature they made from ROBERT CULP the CHICKEN FOOT MONSTER becuase of its weird birdlike feet and CRY OF SILENCE with those weird tumbleweeds and there was a place we used to go camping where there were lots of tumbleweeds and SPECIMIN UNKNOWN that freakin plants that grew on anything even metal and when it rain the things screamed and died

SPECIMIN UNKNOWN that freaking flower that could grow on anything even a cars engine and when it started raining on them the things screamed withered and died,CRY OF SILENCE those freakin tumble weeds rollong around and there was a place where we used to go camping and those things where piled up on the fences gave me goose bumps about tumble weeds

Fun and Games =  my all time favorite OL episode.

[Umaril The Unfeathered]

The Galaxy Being which was the very first episode.  The part where Cliff Roberston and the alien are talking after the creature gets tuned into the radio station was just amazing.  A hell of a way to start a series.

The Bellero Shield was very sad, and a great example of human greed and the lust for power, and how it eventually effects everyone.

Soldier Michael Ansara was great as the brainwashed Spec Ops guy from the future who was ready to kill anything in his path.

And then there was an episode with a robot called Adam Link, who was on trial for allegedly killing his creator. I forget the name of it, but it had a sad ending. It also starred Leonard Nimoy as a reporter if I remember right.

The Sixth Finger Watching David McCallum evolve was a trip.

And just for the cheese of it, let's throw in Adam West in The Invisible Enemy.  Sand sharks, anyone?

Than you kindly, sir  I never saw the remade episode, as I really don't watch any of the newer ones (as I favor the classic dated costumes and better storylines of the original 60's show).

There's just something about a robot made out of a washing machine that charms the heck out of ya'
