I just watched the sequel to that recently Jack. I was going to do a review, but ahh...I'm lazy. Anyway, these two films are hilariously bad, but with a seemingly decent budget. The follow up film Aftershock is a total Batman rip-off with an African-American Two-Face/Joker villain and many cheesy effects. They're great though, but expensive on DVD I've found.

I remember watching the movies and the TV series that followed on the Sci-Fi Channel quite a few years ago.  Totally cheesy, but I always seemed to enjoy them.  More or less  :teddyr:  The TV series is out of production and checking Amazon last night, I think it was going for $180 or so.  I think I'll just be satisfied with my memories of that.

I just peer-pressured myself into ordering Larry Buchanan's THE TRIAL OF LEE HARVEY OSWALD/THE OTHER SIDE OF BONNIE AND CLYDE for five bucks.

Peer-pressuring yourself to buy a couple of Larry Buchanan movies?

Sleepyskull

I discovered a previously unknown thrift shop only a few minutes from my home.

I got four VHS movies for a total of 4 dollars.

They are:

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie (1995) I have seen it but I was about 8 years old and I loved the series and the movie back then. I wanted to see how I felt about it now. Not to mention it has giant robots and crazy monsters.  :teddyr:

Scream (1996) I have never seen this.

Bloodsport (1988)  I've seen this.

Last but not least:

Mortal Kombat (1994) I have seen this as well.

Over the past few weeks:

Breaking Bad season 2
Toy Story 1 & 2 blu-rays
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - Soundstage live blu-ray (on clearance at Sears for $4.97)

These three were $3 new at Big Lots:
Little Shop of Horrors (1960) - Legend films DVD that has a colorized version but it supposedly has the best black & white print available.
My Man Godfrey (1936) - Another colorized Legend DVD but it has a great black & white print.
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
