Cthulhu

Please....
I feel like playing one.

Mofo Rising

Planescape: Torment

10 years old now, probably found for cheap.
Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill.

Thanks, but I'm already playing that. :teddyr:
Unfortunatley, I got stuck...

Newt

"May I offer you a Peek Frean?" - Walter Bishop
"Thank you for appreciating my descent into deviant behavior, Mr. Reese." - Harold Finch

I second Newt on that one.  If you get the game of the year edition, you have got a TON of playtime and an amazing variety of quests and monsters.

Thanks, but I've already finished that. (Well, except the expansions).
I just got Morrowind though...to bad it crashes all the time.

Fallout 2
You know, I never did finish that either.
It bugged out at one point, and I was stuck.

Shadowman. It's got a good, spooky atmosphere, and I had a lot of fun playing it. I doubt you'd still be able to find it, but it was a very fun game for me.

I hated that game. It was the console port for the original PS though.

I never played it on PS, so I don't know how well the port worked. The PC version had its quirks, and it was by no means a perfect game technically, but it had a nice feel to it, and it took me a while to beat it, so I felt like it gave me my money's worth.

It was mainly the controls which were really awkward and made the character movement seem stubborn. Plus, the graphics were very ropey, like the frame rate really struggled to keep up and overall it was always too dark.

I used to own the PS version, and yes, I can verify that it sucks huge, infected donkey balls.  I eventually wound up buying the Dreamcast version and finding that one amusing, but I've also heard the N64 version is really good.  The controls in both were better than the PS version and the graphics moved more smoothly, so you weren't killed during obstacle jumping scenes where the animation would skip a beat and cause you to plummet to your death.

on OBLIVION, the SHivering Isles Expansion is actually, IMO, more fun than the main quest.

I am playing Morrowind right now, downstairs on my mom's old PC.  While the graphics are dated, it has one of the most engaging storylines of any RPG I have ever played.  Right now I am in the tower of a Telvanni Wizard trying to get cured of Corprus disease - and stealing the place blind while I'm at it!

What kind of character are you playing? I'm a khajit thief.

Also, do you have a problem with crashing?
I can't seem to fix mine.

I played Morrowind with my husband on XBox.  It was fun for a while but my husband ruined it by boringly organizing and sorting massive amounts of loot in random caves for HOURS on end.   :bluesad:.
